WHERE DO YOU SHIP?

We currently ship within the United States only, excluding Hawaii, Alaska, and U.S. territories.

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

We offer a $10 flat-rate shipping fee on all orders.
Shipping is free on domestic orders over $150 (before tax + after discounts).

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Orders are processed within 5–10 business days. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking info.

Note: Processing times may be slightly longer during launches or restocks. Please note we do not ship on holidays — thanks for your patience while we carefully prepare your order.

HOW DO I START A RETURN OR EXCHANGE?

Changed your mind? It happens.

To begin a return or exchange, head to our Returns & Exchanges Portal within 14 days of your order’s shipping date. Just follow the steps — it’s quick, easy, and online.

Items must be returned in original, unworn condition with all tags attached.

A $5 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund to help cover return processing.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping is the customer’s responsibility — unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?

Once your order is placed, it cannot be canceled or changed. We begin processing orders immediately to get your items to you as fast as possible.

I RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM / SOMETHING ARRIVED DAMAGED

We’re so sorry! Please reach out within 3 days of delivery and include your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We’ll make it right.

WHAT IF MY PACKAGE IS LOST OR STOLEN?

Once your order leaves our hands, it’s in the care of the carrier. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, but we’re happy to help you file a claim or explore a solution.

For extra peace of mind, consider selecting a shipping option that includes insurance or requires a signature.
